This year we're hosting an 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮’𝘀 𝗕𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗲𝗮 to support the Cancer Council Australia and raise vital funds for people impacted by cancer 💛

We've set a goal to raise $1000 and we're getting close, but we’d really love your support to get there!

Every donation truly makes a difference. It helps fund life-saving cancer research, which has already helped increase survival rates from 49% in the 1980s to 71% today. It also supports prevention programs like the HPV vaccine and cervical screening, putting Australia on track to eliminate cervical cancer as a public health issue. How amazing is that?!

Not knowing the exact track of the cyclone is difficult, but Aviso WA Insurance Brokers wishes to share some important tips to help protect you, your family, and your property, if this event does eventuate as predicted.

✅ 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗺
𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙋𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚
• Stay up to date with official weather warnings and evacuation notices.
• Review your family or business emergency plan.
• Prepare an emergency kit (water, food, medications, torches, batteries, mobile chargers).

𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙮
• Secure or bring inside loose outdoor items (outdoor furniture, bins, signage, trampolines).
• Clear gutters and drains to reduce water buildup.
• Close and secure windows, doors, and shutters if available.
• Move vehicles to higher ground or under cover where possible.

Great job, Perth Suns! Carl, Kristina, Warren, and Bill, your perseverance and determination to finish strong, with your heads held high, is truly inspiring. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey.

Our Perth Suns wrapped up their BPL 21 campaign today with two tiebreak wins.

Round 21 was a win over Tasmania Tridents 3-7 7-4 2-0
Round 22 was a win over Sydney Lions 2-8 10-1 2-0, costing the Lions a place in the finals.

Our Suns will rue the first day when we went 0-5 after we came out and went 9-8 for the remaining 17 rounds. 9 wins has left us in 10th position on the final ladder due to sets difference but equal 8th with the Moreton Bay Pirates and the Sydney Lions on total wins.

Our team of Carl Healey, Kristina Krstic, Warren Holt and Bill Brandsma never gave up and thanks to all their loyal supporters for the love you have shown them for the past week.
