Our Director, Tabatha Fuller, began her career journey with a strong foundation, successfully completing her VCE alongside Certificates I and II in Business Administration. Her dedication and work ethic were recognised early when she was awarded Workplace Student of the Year for Melbourne’s western suburbs, following a nomination by her local Member of Parliament. In 2005, Tabatha entered the finance industry as a receptionist with Crawford Mortgage Services. Her drive and natural aptitude quickly saw her promoted to Personal Assistant to Director Evelyn Crawford, a highly respected figure in the industry. She went on to complete her Certificate IV in Financial Services, gained MFAA membership, and achieved over 30 lender accreditations – launching her career as a loan writer. Eager to broaden her experience, Tabatha joined The Practice in 2011, a city-based firm specialising in accounting, financial planning, and finance. Working within a corporate environment, she supported high-net-worth clients, managed significant loan volumes, and collaborated closely with her manager on commissions and system integration projects. During this time, she also completed her Diploma in Financial Services. Tabatha remained with the firm until the birth of her first child in early 2013. Later that year, Tabatha took on the role of Senior Loan Writer at Smart Lending, further strengthening her expertise before taking the exciting step of founding Go2 Finance Services in 2016. With extensive experience across a broad range of lending solutions, Tabatha has developed a particular passion for helping first home buyers and nurturing the long-term relationships she builds with her clients. She is deeply committed to providing a professional, supportive service—ensuring her clients feel informed, confident, and comfortable in every financial decision they make. One of Tabatha’s proudest professional achievements has been restructuring a client’s financial portfolio, delivering savings of more than $30,000 per year—an outcome that proved truly life-changing. She was also recognised for her exemplary work and strong understanding of industry requirements when she received a Connective Excellence Award in 2021. Outside of work, Tabatha is a busy mum of two children, two bonus children, and a few beloved fur babies, supported by her wonderful husband. She enjoys staying actively involved in her children’s passions, coaching two local netball teams, and cherishing quality time with her family and friends.
