Steve has done his best Indiana Jones in hunt of donations.
Finally, after 20 days and 20 nights, he returns with the Golden Idol (The Last Donation). Steve has trekked through scorching dessert heat, put up with Melbourne cold, swung through jungles and waded through swamps. This man has left no stone unturned and no phone un-rung!

Speaking Finance would like to announce a final figure of $10,095.65 has been raised for the Rebecca Jane Foundation. This amount will provide aid for up to 15 families through the unimaginable over the upcoming festive season, ensuring they have a community and the support they need over the next few weeks.

BROKER SUPPORT POSITION - New Starters/Experience seekers encouraged to apply

Seeking someone looking to get out of hospitality or retail and looking for experience to grow into a genuine career opportunity.

All training provided, award rates with real potential for a pay increase or full time position offer within the first 3-6 months.

On site role in Footscray, Victoria (for at least the first 6 months). Some WFH flexibility offered to the right candidate after that.

Previous Finance or Admin Experience highly regarded

🗣️ “Debt is always bad, pay it off as quickly as you can!” or “Why you shouldn’t borrow money, just save up and buy it” 🗣️

⏰ This is something I often heard people say growing up and still hear to this day

🤓 But like most things, nothing is ever really that straight forward

👉 But let’s talk about Good Debt & Bad Debt 👈

✅ Good debt is when you borrow money to buy an income producing asset like:

💪 An investment property to rent out 🏠

💪 A machine or piece of equipment to start or grow a business 🚜

💪 Shares or other assets likely to appreciate 📈

❌ Bad debt is usually much more fun though 🤩

🤩 Buying a new car because it’s fun to drive though I think most people think this is with their wild!

🤩 Borrowing money to go on a holiday 🏝️

🤩 Spending money on credit card debt 💳

💸 Debt can be an excellent way to build wealth if used correctly ✅
