With everything happening globally right now - war, inflation, market volatility. Most of us are feeling uncertain.

Itโ€™s not just numbers on a screen.
Itโ€™s a physical asset producing income that I can actually see and understand.

Shares can drop overnight based on headlines. Property moves slower - which means less emotional decision-making.

๐ŸŽฏ 3. Control
I choose the asset, location, and strategy. Not relying on a fund manager or market sentiment.

๐Ÿ’ฐ 4. Leverage inside super
Most people donโ€™t realise this. You canโ€™t borrow to invest in shares inside super but you can leverage into property. If youโ€™re already a property investor, this is no different.

๐Ÿงพ 5. Tax advantages
Up to 15% tax in accumulation
Potentially 0% in pension phase
Combined with rental income and capital growth - itโ€™s a very tax effective investment vehicle.
