✅ Before setting up an SMSF, speak to an SMSF loan specialist first. There’s no point setting up structures and spending money if you don’t know your borrowing capacity or what you can realistically purchase.

✅ SMSF property isn’t for everyone. It comes with costs, compliance obligations and strict rules.

💡 But when used correctly, it can be one of the most tax-effective ways to hold an investment property, with rental income and capital gains taxed concessionally in the super environment.
