Everyone's asking me, Sindhu, rates are going up, the market's crashing, should I just give up on property?
Here's what I actually think. 👇

We did this in 2022. Thirteen rate hikes. Prices dipped, yes. But the people who waited for it to feel safe? They bought at the peak in 2025 when everyone rushed back in.

Right now fewer buyers are in the market. Less competition at auction. More room to negotiate. That's not a crisis, that's a window.

Melbourne has chronic undersupply, population growing faster than any other city, and rentals sitting at 1.5% vacancy. The fundamentals haven't moved.
So the question isn't if. It's whether you're finance ready when the window closes.
