Yesterday, Jansel Kulac from our Fortitude Insurance Group team attended CFC's Let’s Talk panel and networking event. A fantastic afternoon in Melbourne filled with industry leading insights and honest conversations.

A huge congratulations to Anita Lane and the CFC team for creating a space where women in insurance can connect, be encouraged, and feel seen. Our industry is full of incredible women juggling careers, families, leadership, community and everything in between, and events like this remind us just how powerful their contribution is.

A bit of dirt, a bit of mud, and a lot of heart.

Over the weekend, our Director Arbel joined our long‑standing friend and client, Frank's Garage for a charity dirt bike ride. And while Arbel loves any excuse to get on a bike, this one meant something deeper.

The ride was held for Alexia, a courageous 3.5‑year‑old currently battling cancer for the second time in two years. She’s undergoing chemotherapy every second day as she prepares for a bone marrow transplant, and her family is doing everything they can to stay strong through it all.
Seeing their need, Frank stepped up and organised a charity ride to help ease the financial pressure and surround this family with support. That’s the kind of community spirit we love being part of.

It was an incredible day — great riding, great people, and an even greater cause.

Last week, our Fortitude Insurance Group AUS. team experienced something far beyond the usual scope of insurance and risk management discussions. We had the honour of welcoming Greg Bradley and Steve Cawthorn from who shared the powerful and confronting reality of child sexual exploitation and human trafficking, and the incredible hope that rescue brings.

Destiny Rescue is a global Christian NGO working across Africa, Asia and Latin America to rescue children and support their healing and reintegration. Hearing the stories behind their mission was both heartbreaking and inspiring.

In 2025 alone, Destiny Rescue teams helped rescue 5,500+ survivors, including 3,400+ children, 1300+ young adults & 700+ adults. This equates to an average of approximately 15 individuals rescued every day being pulled from exploitation and given the chance at a bright, free future.

We left the session reminded that meaningful impact often begins with awareness and that businesses like ours can play a role in supporting organisations doing extraordinary work.
