"Networking Tuesday" - We recently had the opportunity to catch up with Katie and Brenton from Berkley Insurance Australia (a Berkley Company). While clients enjoy extra sleep-ins and chocolate eggs, I’m using the quieter days to do what insurance really is: build relationships. Think of it as networking with purpose — less small talk, more strategy.

I’ve been catching up with the team at FTA Insurance because insurance really is a relationship game (and sometimes who you know matters more than what you know). Quiet weeks are the perfect time to strengthen those connections so when our clients need support, we can move quickly and with influence.

That behind-the-scenes work pays off: better deals, faster decisions, and the ability to get those “grey area” cases across the line. It’s not flashy, but it’s the difference between a good outcome and a great one.
