The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards celebrated modern and heritage real estate in Australia at the Grand Hyatt in October.

This prestigious event, renowned for recognizing excellence and setting benchmarks in the property sector, brought together the industry’s leading figures and promising innovators.

Our Group Executive Director Michelle Tay, had the privilege of being part of the esteemed judging panel, and present the Best Apartment Architectural Design (Victoria) award at the gala ceremony.

This opportunity allowed Michelle to collaborate with industry leaders, share insights and contribute to recognizing outstanding property.

We are proud of her involvement with the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and look forward to more such opportunities to engage with and support our community.

Our Group Managing Director .l.jones was admitted into the highly regarded Owner/President Management (OPM) program at the Harvard Business School (HBS) in Boston, which commenced in September 2024. The cohort consisted of 185 global business owners, entrepreneurs, founders, and family offices from approximately 50 countries and was facilitated by some of the world's leading professors.

Congratulations to all those who were selected to attend the HBS OPM program. We certainly look forward to collaborating and establishing lifelong relationships with the HBS alumni and sharing and bringing value to all stakeholders and our communities.

With the end of another year upon us, it’s an opportunity to reflect on the year that was and express our appreciation and gratitude for the many successes we were fortunate to have enjoyed in 2019 together with our friends, colleagues, service providers, strategic partners and importantly our clients.

In our 7th year of operation, The SILC Group experienced incredible progress throughout the year via revenue growth, asset growth, people growth, launch of multiple funds and the continuation of our high levels of excellence in governance and service standards. This year in the face of many challenges, we have sacrificed, persevered, persisted, pivoted again and again as we have evolved and expanded. It is a real credit to a team that is focused, resilient, agile, passionate and committed to our vision and cause.

As we move into 2020, we look forward to sharing with you a number of initiatives in the New Year to further support our clients as well as our growth and global aspirations.

So it is with great pleasure that we say a big ‘Thank You’ to all of those who have supported us. Wishing you an enjoyable break over the festive season and here’s to another terrific and fruitful year ahead!

**NEW CREDIT FUND**

The SILC Group is pleased to announce the launch of ICD Credit Fund.

The ICD Credit Fund seeks to provide wholesale and sophisticated investors with the opportunity to earn fixed and risk-adjusted target fixed returns by providing loans to development projects managed by ICD, the sponsor of the Fund. Mai Funds Management Pty Ltd is the Investment Manager and The SILC Group is the Trustee and Administrator for the Fund.

Congratulations to Michael Mai, Matt Khoo, Steve Yang and the team at ICD Property and Mai Funds Management on the launch.

Also a big thank you to Eugene Chen, John Bassilios, Lucy Lu and the team from Hall & Wilcox, and Michael Gastevich, Natalie Faull, Jenny Xu from Deloitte Australia for their support in launching the Fund.

The BMYG Global Inspiration X Fund seeks to provide wholesale and sophisticated investors with the opportunity to invest in equity investment opportunities to derive capital growth and in some cases, dividends or distributions as well. BMY Group Pty Ltd is the Investment Manager and The SILC Group is the Trustee and Administrator of the Fund.
