The Role:
We’re looking for a full-time Insurance Broker Admin Assistant to join our friendly team!
We welcome entry-level applicants and those new to insurance—we’ll provide full training and support.
But you’ll need to bring some essential skills and attributes to succeed.

What You’ll Do:
📑 Process insurance paperwork (quotes, renewals, certificates).
📞 Answer calls and emails professionally.
✅ Maintain accurate client records.
🤝 Support brokers with scheduling, follow-ups, and claims paperwork.
🏢 Help keep our office organised and professional.

What You’ll Need:
✔️ Strong admin and organisational skills with great attention to detail.
✔️ Clear, professional communication (written and verbal).
✔️ Confident using Microsoft Office.
✔️ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
✔️ A customer-focused, professional approach.
✔️ Willingness to learn insurance systems and processes.
✔️ Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a professional admin environment would be advantageous.
