At AFG Broker PD Day, there are 20+ lenders here this morning!

How exciting, I have spoken to as many lenders here to equip myself with the latest niche and products to help my customers, friends and family.

Some take away:
- ANZ predicts 3 more 0.25% rate cutes this year (slide #5)
- Aust is less likely to be a direct target for US tariffs
- consumer confidence and consumption is recovering with easing inflation, stage 3 tax cuts, interest rate cuts will flow on to business sector in 2025
- house price momentum has been mixed across Australia, partly due to demand and supply (slide #6 &7)
- our economy have remain resilient

- dwelling pa growth Melbourne 6.8% vs Brisbane 20.6% (see slide #6)
- 72% Residential Mortgage is written by a broker (having a trusted adviser is important to customer)
- 1 in 10 Residential Mortgage loan is written by AFG brokers
- Decade of opportunities for Australia (see slide #9)

Today, I did my usual routine and went to my PO Box to collect mails, it turned out to be a pleasant surprise to receive a parcel from my customer, which I wasn't expecting. She mailed it and mention nothing, what a surprised! 💖❣️💕

An eventful and tiring day, I attended the VIC Roadshow today at . All 30-40+ lenders under one roof...learned heaps and discovered so many choices of banks for my customers. ❤ my job!
