That stayed with me.

I don't take the word "community" lightly. I never have.
So when I say last Friday felt like something I'll carry for a long time, I mean it.

As a committee member and ambassador of the Karnataka Chamber of Commerce Victoria, I've watched this organization grow from an idea into something real. And last night we launched our very first networking evening.

Sold out. Every seat taken. Conversations that honestly just didn't want to end.

That doesn't happen by accident.

It happens because the right people choose to show up and keep showing up.

Something I've learned over the years.

The people you work alongside shape the work you do Bhatia
I've been careful about this. When a client trusts me with a decision that will shape the next twenty years of their life, I can't afford to send them toward anyone I don't fully believe in.

One of those people is Bhatia and the team at Property Group.
What makes Gaurav different isn't the property side of things there are plenty of people who know property. It's how he approaches the people.

But, here are a few simple habits that make a big difference:
