Thursday night marked the launch of the West 3012 Business Association held at CLIK Collective,West Footscray. West 3012 is a collaboration of small business owners operating in the 3012 postcode that exists to support small business.

The night was attended by Councillor Pradeep Tiwari who was the President of the former West Footscray Traders Association for over 10 years and a strong contributor to the local business community.

Huge thanks to new president Reem Sweid of The Chestnut Tree Bookshop for making this happen together with Emily Re of Life-Lab, Andrew Li of Migrant Coffee, Harley & Rose and Ground Level.

After months of work, we're officially launching the West 3012 Business Association -- a new organisation built by and for the businesses of West Footscray, Kingsville, Maidstone, Tottenham, and Brooklyn.

West 3012 is postcode-wide and open to every type of business in our area.

Whether you're a bricks-and-mortar shop, a service provider, a creative, a tradie, or a food producer -- if you're in the 3012, this is your association.

Our goal is simple: to help local businesses connect, grow, and make our community an even better place to work and live.
