There are moments in this business that remind me why I do what I do.
I recently received this beautiful handwritten card from a client I had the privilege of helping — and honestly, it meant more to me than they probably realise.
They came to me after running into roadblocks through other avenues, with just one week until settlement.
It wasn't straightforward, but we found a solution, secured the funding they needed and, most importantly, settled on time.
I thoroughly enjoyed working with them, but receiving this card afterwards was something pretty special.
Because beyond the commissions, the trails and the numbers, there's something far more rewarding about helping someone navigate what can be a pretty stressful time and getting them to the other side.
That's the part that makes my heart smile.
