Construction facility secured for Newnham Scaffolding 🙌

We’re proud to have supported Newnham Scaffolding with the successful settlement of a construction facility for their new headquarters in Park Ridge, QLD.

With the site secured and construction now underway, this purpose-built industrial facility will support the business’s continued growth, operations, and logistics team.

Thank you to Jed Newnham and the Newnham Scaffolding team for trusting Ardent Lending to support this exciting next chapter.

A big thanks also to Peter Goodhew from Goodhew Construction Services Pty Ltd for delivering the build.

We can’t wait to see this new headquarters come to life over the coming months.

Proud to announce that Ardent Lending has successfully settled the construction facility for Tulsi Estate - A boutique residential community in Melbourne’s north-west. The development includes a 38-lot residential subdivision alongside a purpose-built childcare centre, with construction about to commence.

A big thank you to Mehmet Ozcan, Zac Ozcan, Aziz Bas and the Ozcan Group for trusting us to secure funding for a project positioned within one of the region’s premier growth corridors.

We also appreciate the contributions of KLM Spatial, JNR Civil, Mitchell Brandtman and NAB in bringing this transaction to a successful close.

Excited to see this project take shape in 2026.

He also highlighted why embedding AI into team culture is becoming essential as major lenders accelerate their investment in this space.
