Nationally, property prices have increased by 3.9% on average over the last 12 months, and we are on the cusp of a growth spurt.
Focusing locally, Melbourne property prices only fell, at maximum by 2.2% with a rebound of 2% solely in the last month.
Covid has been a tough time for all, but property prices have remained stable and we have not come even close to the crash projected by some.
The next 12months are set to be huge for property prices & sales. What are your thoughts? Will prices remain stable once again, or will we see a peak in activity?

In case any of you missed the news yesterday, the RBA has cut the cash rate to a record low of .25%!

The government is hoping this will entice people to ‘spend’ during the Covid-19 outbreak. 🤷‍♀️
