Buying your first home to live in, or Investment Property, doesn’t just happen without the necessary preparation like it used to.

Rising rates, changing policies, and numerous available schemes (subject to eligibility), means that there is more to consider than ever before.

Does this mean it’s impossible to buy within the next month or two without preparing? Possibly - but everyone’s circumstances are different… and the percentage of people who are ready to buy without the necessary preparation, are getting lesser by the day.

This is one of the many reasons that people choose to use a Broker vs going directly to the bank.

Going directly to a bank normally means they will want to see EVERYTHING, which leads to a lot more scrutiny and headaches than required.

It’s our job to understand lender policy inside-out (I.e. what will fly with certain banks, and what won’t fly with others), so we can keep the process as smooth and efficient as possible for you.
