Another fantastic site where we're currently developing SDA homes is in Sorell at the Miena Park Estate.

This estate is located in one of Tasmania’s oldest townships, spotted with historical buildings and stunning natural features while only being a stone’s throw from the airport and Hobart’s bustling city centre.

While we were in Tasmania recently, we got to visit a couple new sites where we'll be building SDA housing to help meet the incredible demand we're seeing in the state.

One of these locations is Midway Point - a gorgeous spot that's surrounded by water and with views of the mountains.

We can't wait to see this development take shape and for people living with disability wanting to live near Hobart find comfortable purpose-built housing.

Held on 3 December each year, aims to increase public awareness, understanding and acceptance of people with disability.
