FAMASO has received approval to carry out drone façade and window cleaning within controlled aerodrome/airport zones.

It opens up a safer, faster way to clean buildings that have been difficult to service by drone until now.

With 13+ years of experience across India and the UAE, Norman brings a strong background in Business Development, Sales, Commercial Management, Account Management and Facilities Management.

His experience includes working with leading organisations such as Binghatti Developments and Emrill Services in the UAE, along with FM and commercial experience in India.

At FAMASO India, Norman focuses on Commercial Management, client acquisition , and commercial relationships, working with clients from initial engagement through to long-term account success.

His combined India and UAE experience, together with FAMASO's technical capabilities, strengthens our ability to build lasting partnerships across buildings, infrastructure and specialised cleaning solutions.

As FAMASO India continues to build its drone cleaning and inspection capability, we're proud to introduce Saad Mohsin, Chief Pilot at FAMASO India.

A certified Remote Pilot Instructor, Saad has qualified more than 100 student pilots and brings strong hands-on experience in high-rise drone operations.

In his role, Saad leads all FAMASO India flight operations and high-rise drone deployment, with every flight run to DGCA guidelines and monitored live through the FAMASO Drone Operational Control Centre.

Saad's experience in training, operating and deploying pilots places FAMASO India in a strong position as we bring drone cleaning and inspection to more buildings and assets across India, removing people from work at height.

📅 Day 5 of 5. Today: WORKING FROM GROUND 👷

Our ground crews are out every day. Windows. Facades. Soffits. Gutters.

Working from ground is the safest and most cost-effective method we run. Modern water-fed pole and vacuum systems reach up to four or five storeys, with no working at heights, minimal disruption, and fast on/off site.

When the work can be done from the ground, it should be. But reach has limits. Beyond five storeys, or where the geometry calls for closer work, the other methods take over. That is why we operate all five.

Our MEWP operators are out every week. Cleaning. Inspections. Installations. Repairs.

Variable reach, fast setup, suitable indoors and out, soffits, signage, lighting, lower facades, warehouse ceilings, industrial sites.

Even the most flexible MEWP needs ground that can support it and headroom to extend. When the site does not allow it, the other methods take over. That is why we have the other four in our arsenal.

Our BMU technicians do this every week. Cleaning. Maintenance. Inspections.

A BMU is efficient method on buildings designed for one. Permanent rooftop cradle, high payload, two operators working side by side, purpose-built for routine facade cycles where the engineering has already been done.

Even with the right cradle on the right building, there are still spots it cannot reach. Inset corners, undersides, geometry the path was never planned around. That is why we have the other four methods in our arsenal.
