With increasing enquiry volumes, we’re looking for an experienced (or near-qualified) Mortgage Broker who wants autonomy, flexibility and the support to grow a high-quality loan book.

The Role

You’ll manage clients from initial enquiry through to settlement, providing tailored lending solutions and long-term strategy advice.

Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting client discovery meetings and fact finds
• Structuring and submitting home loan applications
• Working with PAYG, self-employed and investor clients
• Managing lenders, valuers and third parties
• Maintaining accurate notes and tasks in the CRM
• Providing exceptional service from application to settlement
• Building long-term client relationships and referral partnerships

About You
• Holds (or is close to completing) Cert IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking
• MFAA or FBAA membership (or willingness to obtain)
• ASIC compliant and credit-rep registered (or eligible)
• Strong understanding of lender policies, especially for self-employed and investors
• Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
• Highly organised and comfortable working in a digital environment
• Motivated, reliable and able to work autonomously
