HSBC Australia has agreed to sell its Australian home and personal loan portfolio to Pepper Money, with the loans expected to transition to Pepper in the first half of 2027, subject to regulatory approval.

What does this mean?

• Your existing HSBC loan will transition to Pepper Money
• You don’t need to refinance as part of the transfer
• Further details about the transition will be provided to customers closer to the time
• Your loan terms and conditions will continue to apply following the transition
