Pumpkin soup recipe:

Cut up 3/4 large pumpkin, 1 potato and 3 carrots. (night before is fine, leave in cooker ready to go)
Turn on slow cooker to high, gently roast the veggies in butter for 20 mins or till softer. Turn cooker to low
Add 1/2 lid of Maple Orange Cinnamon Sugar, and a generous sprinkle of Porcini Salt. Stir through
Add one can of evaporated milk, leave for work.
Come home and blend the mix, (looks like it has separated, but will blend beautifully), the milk will caramelise on edge of cooker.
Enjoy with your favourite toppings like spring onions or a tidge of yoghurt.

Lick the spoons after cleaning up the slow cooker!!!

I have made "Adult fish fingers" and chips, using the Coconut Mango Lime Balsamic and the Porcini Salt. Next time I would like to try the Balsamic Specialty Salt.
Soon I will be able to share some of the new products, I have a mystery box on its' way to me!!

We have been up to fun at the Troppo Markets sharing tastes of Dips, Dukkahs, Vinegars and Oils. Lots of people enjoying the difference and being introduced to Your Inspiration at Home!!

This week's special and some photos of a display and the yummy dips and cheese logs to taste at a tasting. These ham steaks were marinated in Honey Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar and dusted with Maple Cinnamon Sugar. Sweet as!!!

HI , I have been creating some yummy dishes. Corn meat cooked with Balsamic vinegar and Maple Cinnamon Sugar. Easy scrambled eggs with Mediterranean Risotto mix. Nutella icecream again and my new Black Forest Dukkah on Chocolate Brownies.

Had a lovely afternoon sharing recipes, goodies and amazing Sri Lankan Coconut Chicken on the BBq. Topped off with Balsamic strawberries, chocolate mousse dips and Black Forest Dukkah.!!
