It’s all about leverage!

As you can see in the image, both began with an initial $50,000 investment.

A $50,0000 investment in property can give you far greater $$ returns due to the leverage it provides, ie. Using other people’s money to drive and hold your asset.

Once you have your first property, you can begin to acquire equity and then use this to reinvest in more assets!
