As my parental leave comes to an end (and I’m seeing a few new faces on here 👀), I thought it was the perfect time to reintroduce myself…

Hi, I’m Laura! 👋
• Mum of two 🧒🏻👧🏼 (so yes, I can function on minimal sleep and cold coffee ☕️)
• I’ve got a Certificate IV + Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking… but plot twist, I originally did a Bachelor of Health and a Masters in Occupational Therapy
• I’ve been with my husband since high school (he’s seen all the phases 😅)
• My mum is also a mortgage broker - so you could say it runs in the family, she’s been my biggest mentor
• Bought my first property at 24 and have been obsessed with all things property and finance ever since
• I’m a numbers person… but not in a boring way 😅
I love making things make sense without the confusing jargon - and I’ll always find a way to get you a good deal (honestly, I love a bargain a bit too much)
• Outside of work, I’m all about the simple things - family time, pottering in the garden, cooking… and adding things to my online cart that I absolutely don’t need (and rarely check out 🛒)
