We currently have an exciting full time position available for a Finance Administration & Sales Support Officer
Daily Responsibilities –
• Build and maintain key relationships with clients & resellers
• Data Entry
• Responsible for responding to all enquiries
• Undertaking account and portfolio reconciliations
• Managing and reviewing lease reporting
• Co-ordinate and prepare lease documentation
• Touching base with our existing cliental to renew their contracts
• Other General Administration duties
About you –
• Willingness to learn
• Can do and positive attitude
• Have high attention to detail & exceptional interpersonal skills
• Confident telephone communication
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• The ability to build strong internal and external relationships
• Previous experience in a leasing administration role preferred but not essential
