Sofi Group of Companies are seeking an Accounts & Administration Assistant for a full time role. The group consists of over 30 companies and has been in operation for close to 50 years!
Supporting the Senior Management team you’ll play a key role in ensuring the continued success of this widely regarded business. Key responsibilities include day to day administration tasks, cash flow management, data entry, accounts support and much more.
About you –
Willingness to learn
Can do and positive attitude
Have high attention to detail & exceptional interpersonal skills
Confident telephone communication
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
The ability to build strong internal and external relationships
MYOB Experience preferred but not required
Ability to work autonomously as well as with others
Possess the skills to foresee how long a task will take, then prioritizing each task by urgency, in order to maximize efficiency
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or previous experience as an Accounts and Administration Assistant preferred however not essential.
