Lake King Kart Club

On the weekend we were privileged with the presence of some vintage karts. We got to witness a blast from the past being able to watch these vintage karts parade around the track and see the evolution of the Gokart.

We would like to share a massive thank you to everyone who was involved and made the weekend possible, from all of the volunteers, racers, pit crew and spectators.

The weekend was a ripper and we cannot wait until next time.

Just a reminder that the busy bee at the Lake King kart club is this Saturday the 21st June.
Again many hands make light work and we can get the track all ready to practice and race on.
Busy bee will start about 1pm Saturday afternoon and there will be practice Sunday morning.

Hey Everyone,

Just touching base as our Lake King Kart club run is fast approaching and will be Saturday the 26th July.
But before that we have to do some tidying up.
We will be having a busy bee on Saturday 21st June, and we would love your help.
If you are available, please come and lend a hand. As they say “Many hands make light work”.
Basic tidy up consisting of Mowing, whipper snippering, blowing, spraying and a tidy up of the canteen and toilet/showers.
Our aim is to tidy up in the morning/ early afternoon and then have a practice session in the afternoon.

We are also excited to announce that we will be adding a Vintage class to our club run. So dust off those older karts and get ready for a fun day of racing.

Bring on a weekend of laying some rubber and driving as if we are the next Max Verstappen.
