As you may have heard, earlier today the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) increased the cash rate from 0.10% to 0.35%.

Based on a $750,000 loan, if your current lender chooses to pass on that increase to you, your monthly repayments will increase by $101.

The RBA hasn’t increased the official cash rate since November 2010.
