Been putting in some quiet work behind the scenes.
Haven’t really posted about it — just showing up to the gym, staying consistent, and getting a bit of help from supplements along the way.

Now when people I haven’t seen in a while say, “You’ve lost weight,” I know it’s working. Funny how results show up when you stop talking and just do the work.
