Quick question: there’s money in my NDIS plan - does that mean this invoice can be paid?
Not necessarily.
Your total plan balance is only part of the picture. Depending on the plan, we may also need to look at which funding the support relates to, whether that funding is available at that time, and whether the invoice and claim details line up.
It’s why “How much money is left?” and “Is funding available for this support right now?” aren’t always the same question.

NDIS funding can be confusing. We’ll keep explaining the confusing stuff.

The decafe (dementia) cafe in Umina has temporarily moved to Peninsula Village.

We’ve heard great things about it - for both carers and people with dementia ☕️

📢 Dementia Cafe has a new (temporary) home!

Our beloved Decaf ☕ is on the move — and we've landed somewhere pretty special.

While the CWA Hall in Umina undergoes kitchen renovations, Peninsula Village in Umina has kindly opened its doors to us from Sunday 13 April through to 22 June. We're so grateful to the Village for stepping up — it's a partnership that means the world to us, and to the people we support.

The Decaf is a warm, welcoming morning for people living with dementia and their carers — a place to share a cuppa, enjoy some light exercise, and most importantly, feel part of a community. No bookings, no fuss. Just good people and good conversation.
