Let's have a more useful mindset and fulfilled life in 2026

Today's story:

Today I overheard someone around me giving advice to another person I know, let's call her Miss B. That sounded like one that can cause bad damage, not only was it not a personalised one but rather a biased one!

I was so concern that Miss B may actually consider that advice/suggestion!!!! That would be a huge financial hit for Miss B. Would be hard to recover.

Once this person hung up the call, I walked away and i immediately rang Miss B to let her know: do not follow! don't even consider that! and had a chat to find out her current financial position and what possibly can be done being in this situation.

I myself felt so relieved after the chat.

People love to help each other whether or not with the right mindset or knowledge.

Some is saying "if i were you, I would do...", whenever this happens, usually its speaking from own experience and angle, and may not have taken into consideration your current circumstances, financial goals and capability

Remember, you're the one that would bear the consequences, so please be CAREFUL.

You wouldn't trust a doctor recommendation without them knowing your current situation first, would you??

Financially, two people with exact same income, can have different borrowing powers, asset worth, debts, overview of their financial future.

Reminder: Seek relevant financial advice from people who works in the field.

This is why we ask for s**t load of documents, to help us gain understanding of your position before we know what's available and best suit to your goals.

Like doctors checking xray, bloodtest etc.

I thought I've lost my WHY and passion in this profession, today i realised it's still in me!!!!
I just haven't spoken about this, but just do the work silently.

Let's learn and grow better together!! ⬅️Been my attitude since 2014

Joined the broker group contribute a little to men's mental health. I'll be participating for starting tomorrow.

For a non-hairy guy trying to grow facial hair, let's see what I can do.

I will also do a 15 second dance each day next month for this
