In the recent past there has been significant change in the finance world.
Interest rates are at an all time low with yet another reduction last week but these attractive rates which are advertised generally apply to new loans so you may not be getting the best deal available. The same lender may offer a range of rates to borrowers so you really need someone who is at the coalface to do all the legwork and comparisons to find the most appropriate loan to suit your needs.
In these times, working through the Royal Commission recommendations, it has also become more difficult to qualify for a loan so it is best to have someone to has the knowledge of all lenders to ascertain which lender is the best fit for your circumstances.
