Hi all, over the last couple of months, we have all been through a time none of us have ever experienced. LCF has been looking after their clients, some are still purchasing, others are looking for a better rate. I have to say, there are some amazing products, and rates.
He is an example, let’s say you have a 400k loan, if you split the loan, let’s say 50/50. The variable is 2.74%, these are indicative rate, and your fixed part is 2.09% = on average 2.42%
