What the Banking & Insurance Royal Commission has proved is that in the Insurance industry clients get the best advice and outcome via an Insurance Broker- I think this is because of the relatively close relationship that most Insurance Brokers have
With clients and Insurers.
This is based around trust and loyalty with long term business relationships being relied on too generate the Brokers Income not short term Incentive programs linked to volume of sales which it seems the Banking Industry (that has been involved in the Insurance industry for a relatively short time) has used as motivation for their staff.
