📣 The Reserve Bank of Australia has announced its final rate decision for 2025.
The official cash rate remains steady at 3.60% for December & January, making the third consecutive month without a change.
The hold was widely expected, with economists pointing to persistent inflation pressures and there having already been a total 75 basis point reduction this year.
The RBA will need clear evidence that inflation pressures are easing before considering rate cuts.
