We’ve just funded a 2025 ACE AL279 Wheel Loader as a Chattel Mortgage over a 3 year term with monthly instalments.
Client was a repeat borrower, an Agricultural business set up as a Sole Director Company as trustee for their Trust.
Deposit was paid back in January and goods will be on a truck today.
We did the admin so the client could concentrate on what they do best.

Tundra Tuesday
We’ve just funded a Toyota Tundra Limited as a Chattel Mortgage loan, financing the full cost of the vehicle over a 5 year term.
Utes are one of the more commonly funded items on our portfolio, but we support a much wider range of assets.

Thursday’s funded Toyota
Brand new Toyota Prado Kakadu has just been funded for a new client, referred to us by an existing client 🥳
We funded the full amount over a 5 year term, adding a 30% balloon at end of term to keep the payments manageable.
ABN GST registered sole trader and property owner, client allowed us to workshop the transaction around multiple lenders to get a better outcome.

Clients were a well established family partnership, GST registered and property owners.
Asset was a dealership sale, deposit was paid for equity and balance funded over a four year term, monthly payments with nothing owed at the end.

We’ve just funded a caravan for a contracting partnership who will use it for accommodation purposes whilst working on site.
Chattel Mortgage arranged subject to certain conditions.
To qualify, the caravan will be used for business purposes, such as travel for work-related activities, mobile office spaces, or accommodation for employees on remote assignments
Business use justified alongside a letter from their accountant.

Toyota Thursday
We’ve just settled a 2025 Toyota Landcruiser VX Wagon as a replacement commitment, coming from a Dealership in SA.
Clients traded their existing vehicle and funded a Chattel Mortgage for the balance over a 5 year term, monthly payments and a balloon at end of term.
Clients had an approval with us since November and simply had to sign documentation and confirm insurance particulars to complete the transaction once the vehicle was ready for delivery.
