Apparently you need to own your home, earn $300k, have a 20% deposit and buy before you’re 30.

According to WHO?

Property investing isn’t about ticking boxes someone made up at a Sunday BBQ.

It’s about understanding your numbers, having the right strategy and making decisions based on YOUR goals.

Renting? Fine.
Starting at 45? Fine.
Average income? Fine.
Buying somewhere you’d never live? Also fu***ng fine.

What matters is whether the investment stacks up financially and puts you in a better position for the future.

Stop taking financial advice from people whose entire investment strategy is “my mate reckons.” 😂
