When I moved into my office I found weird hooks all over the walls. Someone joked it looked like a dungeon. 😂

Turns out it used to be an art gallery. Instead of just buying art to make the place look nicer, I flipped the idea completely, I offer the space to local artists for FREE.

I love being able to provide a space for local artist where they can host open nights, bring people in, sell their work and display their incredible talent.

Being able to give back to the community we worth within is so important.

Welcome back to So You Want To Get Into Property 🏡 Buying a home is a team sport and your accountant and broker need to be on the same side.

Especially if you're self-employed. Your accountant goes into tax minimisation mode, but your broker needs enough income on paper to actually get you approved. Get us talking early (a simple email intro does it) so we've got a plan together before any structure is locked in. And remember: paying tax means you're earning money, that's a good thing.
