MONDAY MOTIVATION

I'm not an economist, but here's my opinion on how the next few years will play out.

1. Calm before the stormβ€”a steady increase in property prices, largely due to migration.

2. Migration is still too high in an already undersupplied market.

3. The government tries to stimulate the economy and 'help' young people buy homes using stamp duty concessions, increasing first home buyers grants.

4. This further stimulates property prices with more buyers now in the market.

5. Possible ease of credit. Again more people can borrow money to buy so more buyers are in the market.

6. Property prices now increase at a much faster pace.

7. FOMO kicks in. Everyone can now see what's happening, so desperately try and purchase property.

The banks are raking it in at our expense and are more than happy to keep us in debt until death. At the same time, if we're smart, we can use their money to get us and our kids ahead in life. You just need some knowledge and education from the right people.

Unfortunately we don't learn it at school and the banks won't teach us. One thing is for sure. Young people signing up for their massive mortgages today, are certainly locking on the debt shackles and they're not coming off anytime soon.
