RCA Insurance Services are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable team assistant with strong customer service skills to join our team.
Position: Insurance Broking Team Assistant
About the role;
- As a team assistant you will be responsible for supporting the Broking Team
- Assisting clients with general enquires, claim lodgement, Telephone Duties
- Scheduling and confirming meetings, Data Entry / processing policy documents, electronic filing, preparation of reports
- Assisting colleagues with administrative duties as required
- Liaising with insurance companies on general, renewal and new business enquiries
About us;
We are a locally owned insurance broking service located in Griffith NSW, with just shy of two years in business but offering over 25 years of experience within the Insurance Broking industry.
We arrange insurances for businesses locally and around the country, from industries such as retail, manufacturing, food & beverage, agriculture, property owners, hospitality, office risks & trades, just to name a few.
Skills required for this role include but are not limited to;
Previous administration experience
Time management and organizational skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Computer literacy
Ability to work in a team environment & Independently
This position is offered as a full-time or part-time role, with a 6 months probational period and willingness to achieve a Tier 1 Insurance Broking Qualification upon completion of probation.
The successful applicant will work alongside the broking team at 2/421 Banna Avenue Griffith NSW 2680.
