M.I.A. Financial Services is seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Receptionist to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing front-office operations, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Support administrative tasks for the finance team
Skills & Qualifications
Previous receptionist, administration, or customer service experience preferred, however not necessary
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional presentation and positive attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
