A little catch-up from us at Vaze Finance.

The past 30 days have been a busy one, with over $5.7 million in settlements across residential, commercial and asset finance. We’re also working through a number of exciting transactions, including a complex dairy farm refinance that we’re looking forward to seeing across the line.

Outside of work, we’ve loved making the most of the school holidays with the kids and exploring a few new places. It’s hard to believe they’re nearly over and the school routine is about to begin again!

I have had a few chats lately with people just wanting to see if they could be saving somewhere.

Not looking to change everything or take on anything new —
just checking if their current setup is actually working for them.

A lot of the time things just get left as is…
rates change, situations change, but the lending never really gets reviewed.

Sometimes there’s nothing to do —
but other times there’s a pretty easy win sitting there.
