Track these 2 things to determine if you need to burn more calories with resistance training and cardio or you need to reduce your food/calorie intake.

Try this next time you write a goal. Make a plan, spent time writing out your big why and make it meaningful enough to your heart.

Is this a good business idea?

I have struggled with these questions a few times in my life both at the start of a business, and also, each time I have had to pivot to take myself, and the business to the next level.

Even though we take our clients through an extensive process in our program to identify a high growth revenue-generating business idea, you can use these 7 questions to start recognising the strength and viability for growth in your business:

1. Is your business solving a major problem for your target market?

2. What benefits do your products or offer give to your potential customer - how valuable are they?

3. How much would they pay for these benefits (or this transformation that you are offering)?

4. What are your competitors offering and how does your offer compare, stand out?

5. What skills do you have to deliver this transformation? What limitations do you have?

(Make sure you check out the post we put on what skills do you bring to the table on our FB group to give you some context to this question)

6. How passionate are you to get these offers in front of hundreds or thousands of people? How passionate are you to drive results and transformation in the lives of your clients?

7. Are you ready to fund this business? Have you calculated costs versus growth (ROI) so it gives you a tangible cash flow plan for your business?

Hope these questions trigger you to start thinking about how far your business or business idea can go, how many people it can impact, and how big it can grow in shape, size and profitability.
