ARE YOUR CONTENTS COVERED ? 😬Most business policies will have an exclusion for damage by animals.

There’s one possible exception in this scenario if you have ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE cover. The "Trapped Wild Animal" Clause: A few insurers will cover sudden impact damage if a wild animal (like a bird) accidentally breaks into your premises, becomes trapped, and causes havoc trying to escape. 🐦

A few fun days at the — and even better when it’s in your own backyard on the Gold Coast ☀️The weekend kicked off with the CBN dinner at Kurrawa Surf Life Saving Club (hard to beat that view).

From there it was a great mix of ideas, stories and catching up with so many people across the industry.

Miami Marketta was a fun way to start, Adam Spencer definitely got us thinking about where AI is heading, and Monday night with the DUAL crew at Padre Brewing was relaxed, loud and full of laughs.

Hearing from Jelena Dokic, Nasir Sobhani and Sam Bloom was genuinely inspiring, and finishing with Greek Themed Gala Night!

But honestly, the highlight for me was catching up with so many people I’ve known in insurance for years… many who’ve become great friends along the way 💙
