Gold Coast Angels is a large group of private investors who actively invest in early stage technology companies usually in South East Queensland, Australia

Formed in early 2005, the Gold Coast Angels is a large group of private investors who actively invest in early stage technology companies, usually in South East Queensland, Australia. The members are typically active or semi-retired former senior business executives, who apart from financial input can provide much needed value adding to investee companies through hands-on management experience and

high level business networks. Gold Coast Angels members have made several co-investments, with a successful exit of one investment already, returning many multiples to the investors. Gold Coast Angels has build strong alliances with other business angels groups throughout Australia and globally. These include the Founders Forum, Brisbane Angels Pty Ltd, the Australian Association of Angel Investors Ltd (AAAI) and support for the Australian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association Ltd (AVCAL)

Above all Gold Coast Angels will provide it’s members with a supportive environment in which to co-invest in and to grow early stage companies.
