Did you know, as of the 1st of October the Government released a new “Regional First Home Buyer Guarantee Scheme” to support first home buyers in regional areas into their own home sooner!

From October 2022 – June 2025, 10,000 guarantees will be available each year to assist First Home Buyers with as little as 5% deposit without having to pay Lenders Mortgage Insurance.

This scheme is in addition to the First Home Guarantee (35,000 places available FY 2022-2023) and the Family Home Guarantee (5000 places available).

It is a great incentive from the Government and a huge saving on mortgage insurance.

Hi Guys,

Long time no see!
I have finally decided to jump full speed ahead onto the social media train & I thought it would be a great idea to re-introduce myself for those who don’t yet know me. 🙊

My name is Kylie & I started working in the Finance and Banking Industry way back in 2004.
My career began in Broking Firms working with Property Developers & Mortgage Managers/Banks. I have worked in Loan Processing, Settlements, Consents & Credit Teams before realising I wanted to offer a more personal service and do things ‘differently’ so went out on my own in 2019 and haven’t looked back!

I LOVE getting to know my clients on a personal level and forming relationships which enable me to have a lasting + helpful impact on their lives.

Kai Edwards will take part in the 10km open water marathon swim against 25 others 🥇

Make sure you watch the race tomorrow (Thursday) from 7:30am to cheer Kai on… Or if you accidentally sleep in, don’t worry because the race will go for a massive 2 hours!

Woahhh… what a month of celebrations June has been.

🔸 My 21 year old purchased her first home &
started her nursing graduate program at
Griffith University Hospital. 🩺💉

🔸 My Son in Law swam his little heart
out on Monday & qualified as the only
Australian Marathon swimmer for the Tokyo
Olympics. 🇦🇺🏊🏼‍♀️

🔸 My littlest Rainbow Unicorn turned 5
and decided she’s no longer my baby. 😭🌈

🔸 I was nominated for a Customer Service
of the Year award in The Adviser’s Australian
Broking Awards 2021 🙏🏼👩‍💻

Feeling extremely grateful as I reflect back on 2021 so far.
