Seriously, this is why I love what I do.

Five years ago, I helped these two purchase their first home.

Fast forward to today, and they have two beautiful children, countless memories and are moving on to their next chapter.

Being trusted to help not only with their first purchase, but also with the sale of that home and the purchase of their next one, is something I’ll never take for granted.

This is why I love what I do. It’s not about the property. It’s about relationships, families, milestones, growth and goals.

I just get to be a small part of that journey.

The biggest thing I see stopping people from buying property isn’t always money.

Educating, supporting & guiding our clients through the Home Buying process is what we do best.

Did you know, as of the 1st of October the Government released a new “Regional First Home Buyer Guarantee Scheme” to support first home buyers in regional areas into their own home sooner!

From October 2022 – June 2025, 10,000 guarantees will be available each year to assist First Home Buyers with as little as 5% deposit without having to pay Lenders Mortgage Insurance.

This scheme is in addition to the First Home Guarantee (35,000 places available FY 2022-2023) and the Family Home Guarantee (5000 places available).

It is a great incentive from the Government and a huge saving on mortgage insurance.

Hi Guys,

Long time no see!
I have finally decided to jump full speed ahead onto the social media train & I thought it would be a great idea to re-introduce myself for those who don’t yet know me. 🙊

My name is Kylie & I started working in the Finance and Banking Industry way back in 2004.
My career began in Broking Firms working with Property Developers & Mortgage Managers/Banks. I have worked in Loan Processing, Settlements, Consents & Credit Teams before realising I wanted to offer a more personal service and do things ‘differently’ so went out on my own in 2019 and haven’t looked back!

I LOVE getting to know my clients on a personal level and forming relationships which enable me to have a lasting + helpful impact on their lives.
