Last night, in front of over 830 people at the ANZIIF Awards, our Founder and Chairman, Ian Carr, was awarded the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award.

A fitting honour for nearly five decades of leadership, innovation and service to our profession. What began as Ian’s dream, that talented advisers could build and own great local businesses within a values-led network, is now a reality across Australia and New Zealand. Many of our Advisers are building lasting businesses, creating jobs and leaving a legacy in their communities, because of that vision. Congratulations Ian. Thank you for showing what leadership with purpose looks like.

Another great result. Proud to be part of Insurance Advisernet.

On Friday night, Insurance Advisernet was honoured with the AR Network of the Year 2025 title at the Insurance Business Awards, marking our sixth consecutive win! Out of 20 categories, the Insurance Advisernet team was proudly represented across many of them.

A huge congratulations to allinsure, who took home three awards: Peter Chamberlain for Authorised Representative of the Year, Tate Harris for Young Achiever of the Year, and allinsure for Philanthropy and Community Service.

What a great achievement. We are very proud to be a part of the Insurance Advisernet family. Congratulations Ian Carr and Will Thompson.

We are so proud to announce that last night, at the 2022 NIBA Awards, Ian Carr our Founder & Chairman, won the coveted NIBA Lex McKeown Trophy!

Ian was awarded the Lex McKeown Trophy for his vision and success of what he started 26 years ago, which is the original (and we say best!) Authorised Representative model and also for his outstanding contribution to our industry over these many years.

We're also very pleased to announce that our very own William Thompson of Thompson Insurance Pty Ltd, won the National Young Broker of the Year Award, having taken out the QLD title earlier this year! This is a wonderful testament to Will and the business he runs! Please join us in congratulating Ian and Will on these fantastic achievements!
