Davco Winch is on the lookout for a highly organised and motivated Office Assistant to become an integral part of our friendly and efficient team.
In this key role, your keen eye for detail and proven experience in office administration will be essential in supporting our daily operations and our dynamic Operations Manager.

As our Office Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our office, ensuring seamless administrative processes. Your responsibilities will be diverse and require a meticulous approach.
You'll also play a vital role in supporting our Operations Manager and ensuring our data is accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently handle a wide range of office administrative tasks.
* Update our project management systems to accurately track project progress, working closely with the Operations Manager.
* Maintain exceptional organisational standards across all activities.
* Demonstrate a proactive and driven approach to all responsibilities.
* Ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks undertaken.
* Perform accurate data input into our accounting system, Xero.
* Provide excellent customer service, ensuring positive interactions.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Solid experience in office administration.
* Experience with Project Management systems is preferred.
* Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
* A proactive and results-oriented work style.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
