There’s something powerful about being surrounded by like‑minded women who genuinely support, encourage, and champion each other. The conversations, ideas, and laughs were exactly what I needed today.

Today I attended the 10th annual International Women’s Day event today with colleagues Kassea and Matt, supporting Ronald McDonald House at Club Taree.

The speakers were a real highlight — Matilda Brown, Lauren Calvert, Joedie Lawler, and the personal story shared by Beth all brought something genuine and memorable. Their honesty, strength, and different perspectives added so much depth to the day.

It was a meaningful way to mark the 10‑year milestone and a strong reminder of the impact RMH has for families facing tough moments in our region.
