There are two possible explanations for this photo.

Either Samantha has just heard the funniest joke ever or Adrian from Dreamtilt has just explained what happens when you don't read the fine print on your insurance policy. 😆

We're not entirely sure which it was, but one thing is certain networking events are about more than business cards, they're about conversations, relationships and occasionally laughing so hard that someone captures the moment on camera.

Thankfully, when it comes to insurance, Samantha is much better at explaining the details than Adrian.

Earlier this month, the ARMA Insurance Brokers CQ Biloela team of Jennifer and Narelle attended the Banana Shire Small Business Expo, connecting with local businesses, community members, and industry representatives from across the region.

Events like the Expo are a great reminder of the strength, resilience, and diversity of small business throughout Banana Shire and the importance of supporting local operators and building genuine relationships within the community.

Jennifer and Narelle enjoyed the opportunity to meet so many local businesses, hear about the challenges and opportunities facing the region, and continue strengthening ARMA’s connection with the local business community.

Well, we did it to Tony a while back… so naturally we couldn’t leave Samantha sitting on the sidelines. 🎾😄

To be fair, she looks surprisingly comfortable out on centre court. Calm under pressure, focused, competitive… and probably still somehow organising everyone else while returning serves at 180km/h.

There’s also a strong chance Sam would question a line call with the same determination she uses in the office. 😄

Safe to say ARMA Insurance Brokers CQ may have missed their calling in professional tennis… although networking events are apparently close enough.

Would you trust these two to secure your insurance? 😄

Judging by this photo taken at a networking event, there’s a fair chance Tony and Samantha were either:

- Discussing insurance solutions
- Solving the world’s problems
- Or debating who shouted the last round

In all seriousness, behind the laughs is a team that genuinely cares about helping local businesses and people protect what matters most. Whether it’s business insurance, personal cover, plant and equipment, or something more complex, Tony and Sam have built a strong reputation across CQ for practical advice and real conversations.

Because insurance is a lot easier when the people looking after you actually know your name… and can still have a laugh along the way.

Happy Birthday to the man, the myth, the rumour that insurance was invented shortly after he started working… Tony from ARMA Insurance Brokers CQ! 🎉🍻

There’s been ongoing debate for years around ARMA HQ about who’s actually the boss… but one thing everyone can agree on is Tony’s been around long enough to remember when premiums were calculated with an abacus. 😄

In all seriousness, thanks for everything you do for clients, the team, and the community. A great operator, a good bloke, and proof that experience only gets more valuable with age… even if the knees don’t.

Happy Birthday to the one and only Samantha! 🎉

Around the office, there’s been an ongoing debate for years… is Tony actually the boss, or is it Samantha? Let’s just say most of us already know the answer. 😄

Tough, sharp, organised, and always keeping everyone in line, Samantha is a huge part of what makes ARMA Insurance Brokers CQ what it is. Whether it’s looking after clients, supporting the team, or making sure things actually get done, she does it all with determination, care, and probably a look that says “don’t test me today.” 😂

We hope you have an amazing birthday, Sam, and thank you for everything you do for the business, the team, and everyone around you.

What looks like a relaxed team photo is actually a highly coordinated gathering of insurance knowledge, coffee consumption, client calls, and at least three people reminding Tony to smile naturally for the camera.

A lot of property investors assume their standard home insurance policy has them covered… until something goes wrong with a rental property and they discover it doesn’t.
