Ashley Churchill - Family man, Director of the business and avid property investor. Ashley’s love affair with property started in 1999 when he bought his first property in Southern Sydney. A run down property that needed renovation, Ash soon realised this was his passion. Six properties later and his appetite for property has not diminished at all, in fact it is stronger than ever! Asked why he lo

ves his job as director of Mortgage Smart so much his answer was simple: “I love being the Mr Fix-it of finance” When clients have a financial problem and I help them solve that problem, that is the greatest satisfaction to me!”

Ashley takes such passion in his work that he is often talking with clients after hours and on weekends. “My clients become friends” he says. They tell me their personal details and we work together to get them the result they want!”

“For some clients its buying their first home, for others it’s a new investment property, it could be a builder, or buying through your Superannuation. Whatever the client’s needs, we can help.”

Outside of work Ashley is usually playing with his 3 kids, including coaching his son in under 9’s soccer. Ash also loves Fishing, Snowboarding, and is a one eyed Dragon’s supporter in Rugby League terms!
