At PWS Advisory Group, we believe your financial wellbeing is directly tied to your personal wellbeing. The right lending strategy doesn’t just save you money — it reduces stress, builds stability, and gives you confidence in an unpredictable economy.

We’ve put together a detailed breakdown of what the latest rate rise means, how global events are shaping Australia’s outlook, and why a lending review can make a real difference to your financial resilience.

Safeguarding Your Wellbeing in an AI‑Driven Scam Environment: How to Spot Fake ASIC Notices and Stay Protected

Artificial intelligence is reshaping the way information is created and distributed. While AI brings efficiency and innovation, it has also made it easier for third‑party marketers and in some cases scammers to generate communications that look official, urgent, or tailored to your business.

Recently, many Australian businesses have reported receiving unsolicited emails or letters that appear to relate to ASIC renewals. These messages often include accurate company details, renewal dates, and payment prompts. Understandably, they can look convincing and unsettling.

At PWS, our purpose is centred on Improving Personal Wellbeing. That means reducing stress, removing uncertainty, and giving you confidence in your financial and business affairs. In an environment where AI‑generated scams are becoming more sophisticated, our role as your trusted adviser has never been more important.

The RBA has lifted the cash rate to 3.85% — and the impact will be felt across every Australian household. From rising mortgage repayments to increasing everyday living costs, this latest rate rise adds more pressure at a time when budgets are already stretched.

Australia now sits mid pack globally on interest rates, but our cost of living pressures remain among the highest in the developed world — especially in housing, groceries, and essential services.

In times like these, clarity and planning matter more than ever.

We’ve broken down what this rate rise means for you, your financial wellbeing, and your future borrowing power. Read the full article here 👉 https://www.pwsadvisory.com.au/rba-rate-rise-what-it-means-for-ordinary-australians/
